July 1999 – Formally opened the LPM Korea Institute and began serving as National Director.
July 2015 – Opened PACE International Seminary in Nagaland, India, and assumed the role of President.
September 2017 – Established the Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Program at PACE International Seminary, Nagaland, India, serving as Supervisor.
August 2021 – Founded Melvin University and began serving as President.
October 2022 – Launched the Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Program at Melvin University, serving as Supervisor.
April 2024 – Appointed Director of MB International, overseeing ministry activities in 17 countries.
May 2025 – Founded the India Mission Foundation and began serving as President.
August 2026 – Expanded the Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Program at Melvin University, continuing to serve as Supervisor.
